Our customers are on a roll

Let us talk numbers, because these ones are worth shouting about. Across 2025, total gift card sales on Toggle grew by 36% year on year, with almost two million gift cards sold across all of our gifting options, from physical gift cards to digital, SMS and much more. Break that down and physical gift cards did even better, climbing by 56% as more customers chose something they could hand over in person. Zoom out a little and it is better still: over the last two years, gifting revenue across our customers has more than doubled, up 115% to just under £100 million.

Our customers embraced every format

Gifting has never been more flexible, and the brands on Toggle ran with it. SMS gift cards and Greetings Gift Cards both landed in 2025 and were an instant hit, with more than 79,000 SMS gift cards and nearly 11,000 greetings cards sent in their first year. Alongside them, digital gift cards stayed a firm favourite, with over 845,000 sold across the year. Whatever format a guest chose, it gave them another reason to come back to the venue they love.

The busiest weeks are still to come

Here is the part worth planning around. Last year, the four weeks from Black Friday to Christmas Eve delivered more than a third of our customers' entire year of gifting revenue, around 35% or roughly £34 million in a single four week window. Those weeks are still ahead of us this year, so there has never been a better moment to get set up.
